Eating fast food every day will result in you feeling tired and drained all the time. This will also cause you to become lazy and therefore you could be missing out on a lot of opportunities in all areas of life! This is why it is key to have a healthy and balanced diet. - Some oils and spreads: Fat is very important in having a balanced diet but you much keep it to a limited amount. It’s important to get most of our fat from unsaturated oils and spreads. Swapping to unsaturated fats can help to lower cholesterol, Too much-saturated fat can increase the amount of cholesterol in the blood, which increases your risk of developing heart disease.
